My Approach

I take individual clients for Kinesiology consultations and Postural Alignment. Also, on a weekly basis, I see small groups of no more than 4 for Postural Alignment Classes and for Fitness Classes. I am the luckiest woman alive to have all of these modalities at my fingertips and to be able to share them with my clients in their
times of need.

About me

Hi, I’m Ria Cusack.

I’m a Systematic Kinesiologist, Postural Alignment Specialist and Fitness Practitioner. I have been interested in how the body works (and sometimes doesn’t) for many years and believe that now I have the tools to help my clients when theirs isn’t working so well for them. 

So, if you are in Pain,

If you have difficulty sleeping due to pain,

If you wince when you put your feet on the floor or take your first steps each morning,

If you want to learn how to move without pain or limitation,

Your study of Kinesiology and diet modifications is second to none. Before trying Kinesiology I tried many other alternatives but to no avail. Since having treatment from you I now have a more independent lifestyle.
