The Kinesiology approach to Bowel disorders

Updated: Jun 11, 2019

Many people with digestive problems such as Irritable Bowel Syndrome, Crohns Disease, Diverticulitis, Leaky Gut Syndrome, Bloating, Abdominal Discomfort etc, and many have been around the block trying to get some respite from their symptoms.

Using Kinesiology testing, I can find out many interesting facts about the condition of my client's digestive tracts i.e. the functionality of the organs themselves, the stress that might be causing their difficulties such as foods that don't agree with them, digestive valves that are not functioning optimally, stress induced problems and general malaise affecting the body's energy.

The good news is Kinesiology testing helps me to find what is needed to help alleviate the difficulties my clients are experiencing. I can do some gentle structural techniques that help to alleviate symptoms, I can clear any energy imbalances if they show, I can offer suggestions on nutrition to assist the body from digesting foods properly to improving the gut biome if that is what is required. I can assist people in a very gentle and non-invasive way how to deal with stress, grief and any emotional difficulties that are impacting on their health.

The great thing is, you never have to expose yourself emotionally to benefit from these treatments. I never assume anything, your body silently tells me through muscle testing what treatment is required. It's always gentle, caring and very relaxing.
